We’re a growing organization with a strong sense of purpose and a heart for people. We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join us on-site in Columbus, OH. In this role, you’ll help new employees feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success from Day One. 🌟

What You’ll Do 👥✨

• Lead the onboarding process from offer letter to Day One
• Set up new employees in systems (I-9, E-Verify, WinTeam/HRIS, etc.)
• Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance
• Communicate clearly and warmly with new hires and managers
• Create a smooth and positive onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For 🔍🤝

• Experience with onboarding, I-9s, and E-Verify
• Familiarity with background check procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Comfortable learning and using various HR systems
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a huge plus
