We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires and foster ongoing employee engagement throughout their journey with us.

Overview

As a Bilingual Onboarding and Engagement Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for new employees, helping them transition smoothly into our organization while promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and productivity. Your role is vital in creating positive employee experiences from onboarding to long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Onboarding

  • Coordinate and execute the entire onboarding process, including pre-employment paperwork, orientation schedules, and introductions.
  • Develop and deliver engaging orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company values, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure new hires have the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed in their roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create personalized onboarding plans for each new employee.

🔹 Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess their experience and gather feedback.
  • Develop programs and events that promote team building, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to address concerns and enhance engagement strategies.

🔹 Continuous Improvement

  • Gather data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and engagement programs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in onboarding and engagement.

🔹 Communication and Support

  • Act as a liaison between new hires, managers, and HR to ensure a cohesive experience.
  • Maintain open communication channels to address questions, concerns, and suggestions.
  • Create and distribute engagement surveys, pulse checks, and related communications.

🔹 Additional Duties

  • Assist with audits such as 401(k), I-9s, etc.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee-related issues.
  • Complete Verification of Employment requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 📋

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, employee engagement, or related HR functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across all levels.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Passion for creating positive employee experiences and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Preferred Skills ⭐

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with employee engagement platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
