Role Description
We’re seeking a hands-on, in-person recruiter whose main responsibility is simple: find, interview, and hire reliable cleaning staff. This position is highly people-focused and field-based. You’ll engage with candidates daily, meet them in person, and ensure a steady flow of cleaners ready to work. 🤝
This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be out in the community, building trust and connecting with potential employees.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-person interviews with cleaning staff.
- Post job openings and respond promptly to candidates.
- Visit community spots, job centers, and local areas to recruit workers.
- Support candidates through hiring and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a simple list of active and upcoming cleaners.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand staffing needs and timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
- Comfortable engaging with people face-to-face all day.
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in follow-up.
- Experience hiring cleaners, hospitality staff, or hourly workers is a strong plus.
- No corporate HR background needed—practical experience is valued more.
