Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Bilingual On-Site Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. This pivotal role involves serving as the primary point of contact for managing and supporting client staffing needs, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication with both clients and employees.

The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment and possess bilingual communication skills in English, Spanish, and/or Haitian Creole.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or Haitian Creole to effectively communicate with diverse teams 🗣️
• Experience in employee onboarding, shift coordination, and conflict resolution 💼
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills 📅
• Proficiency with office software and tools, including scheduling and reporting systems 💻
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong leadership 🤝
• Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or related fields is a plus ✅
