Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (Polish/English) - Oncology

Join our dedicated clinical team as a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner specializing in oncology care, providing compassionate follow-up support to patients and collaborating closely with physicians to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. 🌟

Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Tasks

  • See approximately 15-20 patients per day, primarily for follow-up visits
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options, care management, and wellness strategies
  • Perform procedures after receiving appropriate training
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
  • Identify patient and family needs and connect them with suitable resources
  • Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in patient care management and support best clinical practices

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Polish and English
  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with care teams

Shift Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • No holidays, on-call, or weekend shifts
