Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and physical examinations to determine health status.
• Provide primary care services such as diagnosis, treatment planning, medication administration, and follow-up care for diverse patient populations.
• Perform specialized procedures including suturing, IV infusion, dermal fillers, spinal taps, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and adherence to sterile techniques.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across multiple specialties such as gastroenterology, geriatrics, behavioral health, infectious disease care, and hospice & palliative medicine.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records.
• Engage in telehealth consultations to extend care access remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists in hospital settings including Level I Trauma Centers or ICU environments for complex case management and critical care procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English plus Russian or Spanish is essential for effective bilingual communication with patients and staff.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth to ensure precise medical documentation.
• Strong clinical skills including suturing, phlebotomy, injection administration, catheterization, and sterile processing techniques.
• Experience with aesthetic procedures like botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, laser treatments, spinal taps, and gastroscopy is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems for accurate billing and documentation; CPT coding familiarity is a plus.
• Critical care experience in ICU or Level II trauma centers; hospital medicine or emergency room experience preferred.
• Ability to perform triage assessments quickly and effectively in urgent care or emergency settings.
• Familiarity with occupational health protocols, hospice & palliative medicine, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian or Spanish; compassionate patient care approach; strong teamwork ethic. 🤝

Compensation & Location

Pay: $250.00 - $1,800.00 per day 💰
