Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and utilize various engagement methods to schedule new patients within 24 hours of receipt.
• Answer questions regarding treatment options in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Educate parents on what differentiates Cranial Technologies from competitors and highlight the benefits of choosing us for treatment.
• Address and overcome objections presented by families.
• Coordinate with territory sales representatives on follow-ups for unresponsive or declined leads.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in environments involving warm leads, customer retention, or quota-driven goals.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate well with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
