Our Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product-related questions, recommend solutions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role involves direct contact with customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to sales goals, all while adhering to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Key Responsibilities & Duties 🛠️

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to determine needs and provide product recommendations.
• Sales & Transactions: Process sales accurately, achieve sales targets, and maintain precise work order files.
• Product Handling: Pull, tint, and mix products per customer specifications.
• Store Maintenance: Stock shelves, set up displays, clean equipment, and ensure areas are well-presented and in-stock.
• Delivery Assistance: Load/unload trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Product Knowledge & Advice: Stay up-to-date with product features and discuss options with customers.
• Inventory & Safety: Follow inventory control procedures and adhere to safety standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve concerns promptly, build trust, and foster positive relationships.

Minimum Requirements ✅

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs on occasion
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• If internal, have at least a “meets expectations” rating and completed required eLearning courses

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• High School diploma or GED
• One year+ experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
