💼 About the Role

Customer Service Specialists collaborate closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer product questions, and recommend tailored solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring high customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality standards, and achieving sales goals. The position involves contact with diverse customers, access to store merchandise, electronic equipment, and payment methods, with both supervised and unsupervised scenarios. A criminal history review is part of our safety protocol to protect staff, customers, and the company's reputation.

The role is based at Store #1857, located at:

60 Central Avenue West, Unit #60, Edgewater, MD 21037

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer experience: Deliver high-quality sales service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist customers: In person and via phone, understanding needs and presenting suitable products.
  • Build trust: Establish productive relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
  • Process transactions: Complete sales accurately and adhere to policies.
  • Meet sales targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Manage inventory: Keep work order files accurate, stock shelves, and set up displays.
  • Product preparation: Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
  • Store upkeep: Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store areas.
  • Assist with logistics: Load/unload trucks and support deliveries as needed.
  • Knowledge sharing: Stay informed about products and recommend options.

🎯 Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Legal authorization to work without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in Spanish
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
