Key Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loans from approved status through to closing while maintaining clear communication with all involved parties 🤝
• Enter new loan data, prepare initial disclosures, and monitor incoming documentation to ensure accurate file tracking 📊
• Coordinate with the Closing Department and manage an active pipeline of approximately 25 to 30 loans 🔄

Required Qualifications

• Mortgage processing experience handling files from approved status through to closing 🏦
• Experience with various loan types including Conventional, Bond, FHA, Non-QM, and VA loans 📝
• Proficiency in Encompass software 💻
• Spanish-speaking ability for daily communication 🗣️
• High school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work East Coast hours 🌅
