Position: Full-Time Flex Houseparents
We are seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents. This impactful role involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing essential care, supervision, and guidance to groups of approximately 8–13 students. Together, you will help foster an environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and promoting student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Work Schedule
Upon hiring, couples support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. During weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Gradually, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same students in their own home. 🏡

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Maximum of three dependent children residing in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet restrictions: only fish and one approved breed dog
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to get certified to drive student vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and role-model behavior
