Position: Full-Time Flex Houseparents 👩👩👧👦
We are seeking married couples to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents. In this dynamic and impactful role, couples live in student homes on campus, offering care, guidance, supervision, and support to groups of approximately 8–13 students. Your impact fosters a nurturing, family-like environment that promotes students' academic, emotional, and social growth.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in recreational and developmental activities
- Leading daily devotions and participating in Sunday Chapel services
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Initially, houseparents work across various homes with a schedule of nine days on duty followed by three days off. As they transition into the Placed Houseparent role, they will live and work with the same group of students in their own designated home.
Benefits & Compensation 💰
- Salary: $44,768 per person (total approximate compensation of $168,000 per couple), including free housing, meals during duty hours, utilities, and more

- Relocation assistance and paid training
- Paid time off: scheduled throughout the year
Qualifications ✅
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older
- Maximum of three dependent children residing in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one approved dog breed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student van
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong integrity and professionalism, serving as exemplary role models
