Position: Full-time Flex Houseparents
We are seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this meaningful role, couples live in campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to approximately 8–13 students. 💖👨👩👧👦
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine days on duty followed by three days off. Weekday schedules are flexible when students are in school. Ultimately, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with a consistent group of students in their own home. 🏡
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $44,768.00 per person, totaling approximately $168,000 per couple annually, including free housing, meals, utilities, and more 🍽️💰

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Residence limitations: no more than three dependents in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet policy: only fish and one approved dog breed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role modeling for students
