Position: Full-Time Flex Houseparents 🏡
We are seeking devoted married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in a unique, rewarding role that significantly influences students' academic, emotional, and social growth. In this role, couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing essential care, guidance, and supervision to groups of approximately 8–13 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and promoting student wellness
- Driving students to activities and actively engaging in developmental and recreational events
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Initially, Flex Houseparents work on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, supporting various student homes. During weekdays, they have unscheduled time while students are in school. Eventually, couples transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with a consistent group of students in their own home.
Benefits & Compensation 💰
- Salary: $44,768 per person, totaling approximately $168,000 per couple, coupled with free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one approved breed dog allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to be certified for student van driving
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing is prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role-model qualities
