Position: Full-time Flex Houseparents
We are seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents — a unique, impactful career that involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, and supervision to groups of approximately 8–13 students. ❤️🏡
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and planning engaging recreational and developmental activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Work Schedule
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. During weekdays, they have unscheduled time while students are in school. With experience, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students in their dedicated home.

- Salary: $44,768 per person (approximate total of $168,000 per couple, including housing, meals, utilities, and more)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples who are legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Residence limited to no more than three dependent children in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet restrictions: only fish and one approved breed dog
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain certification for student van driving
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role-modeling qualities
