Position: Full-Time Flex Houseparents ❤️🏠
We are seeking married couples to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents. In this heartfelt role, couples live in on-campus student homes, offering guidance, supervision, and support to approximately 8–13 students. Your work will help foster a nurturing, structured environment that encourages students’ academic, emotional, and social success.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Provide supervision and mentorship daily to students
- Manage household routines and student schedules
- Administer medications and promote student wellness
- Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational events
- Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
- Oversee household budgeting and reporting
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. During weekdays, they have unscheduled time while students are at school. Over time, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students in their own home.

- Salary: $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple)

Qualifications & Requirements ✅
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Maximum of three dependent children residing in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; alcohol not permitted on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one approved breed dog allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; serve as positive role models
