Position: Full-Time Flex Houseparents for Married Couples ❤️🤝
Join our dedicated team as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and nurturing a family-like environment for approximately 8–13 students. This life-changing role is perfect for couples committed to mentoring and guiding youth toward reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
- Manage household routines and coordinate student schedules.
- Administer medications and promote student wellness.
- Drive students to activities and participate in recreational and developmental planning.
- Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services.
- Oversee household budgeting and reporting.
Schedule & Transition 💼🔄
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. During weekdays, they have unscheduled time while students are in school. Over time, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
Benefits & Compensation 💵🎉
- Salary: $44,768 per person (approximate total of $168,000 per couple, including housing, meals, utilities, and more)

Qualifications ✅
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Maximum of three dependent children residing in the home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol during duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one approved breed dog only
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role model for students
