Position Overview: Full-Time Flex Houseparents 💖🏠
We are seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents. In this impactful role, you will reside in on-campus student homes, providing essential care, guidance, and supervision to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Your efforts foster a supportive, structured environment that promotes academic, emotional, and social growth.
Key Responsibilities 📋
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and planning engaging developmental and recreational events
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Initially, houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Once transitioned to a Placed Houseparent role, you will live and work consistently with the same group of students in your own student home.

- Salary: $44,768 per person (approximate total of $168,000 per couple), including free housing, meals during duty, utilities, and more

Qualifications ✔️
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet restrictions: only fish and one approved breed dog allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain certification to drive student vans
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism, serving as positive role models
