As an MSM, you'll play a vital role in turning merchant relationships into long-term success stories by promoting adoption, providing training, and supporting our merchants to maximize their potential revenue within the Momnt ecosystem.

Location & Work Environment 📍

  • Preference for candidates local to Atlanta, GA for periodic in-person collaboration
  • Open to applicants residing in: AL, CT, DC, FL, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MN, NC, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
  • Work hours: 8AM - 5PM EST shifts
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. | No sponsorship or C2C arrangements available

You Will Play a Key Role by 🎯

  • Serving as a trusted advisor: Supporting your assigned merchants with personalized guidance and proactive support
  • Growing revenue: Nurturing your book of merchants by addressing objections and expanding their use of our financing options
  • Training & onboarding: Conducting onboarding sessions and providing ongoing education based on performance insights
  • Engagement & growth: Increasing platform usage, uncovering upsell opportunities, and identifying new areas for merchant growth
  • Communication: Handling inquiries via phone and email to resolve issues and build strong relationships
  • Product expertise: Recommending the best-fit solutions by mastering Momnt’s products and services
  • Feedback loop: Sharing valuable merchant insights with internal teams to enhance product development
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Sales to identify referral or expansion opportunities
  • CRM management: Logging detailed notes in HubSpot for accurate tracking and history
  • Strategy testing: Improving outreach success through A/B testing and engagement campaigns
  • Team involvement: Participating in special projects and team initiatives as needed

What You Bring to the Table 🚀

  • Fluency in Spanish: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills: Strong communication, professionalism, and empathy
  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer success, account management, retail banking, or customer service environments
  • Communication skills: Confident in phone outreach and managing high contact volume
  • Documentation proficiency: Skilled in written communication and record-keeping
  • Presentation skills: Comfortable leading virtual meetings and discussions
  • Adaptability & solutions orientation: Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings
  • Technical familiarity: Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and productivity tools
