About Our Career Opportunity

We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our dedicated team as a Bilingual Member Care Representative. This role is based in our fast-paced, high call volume Contact Center.

The Bilingual Member Care Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing our member experience by providing a variety of service functions. You'll work directly with members to identify additional financial solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, you'll assist non-members in establishing their memberships and setting up accounts over the phone.

Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week with a variable schedule
  • Hours between 8 a.m. and 6:05 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday
  • Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2:05 p.m. EST

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and utilize available resources to assist members.
  • Fluent in reading and speaking Spanish.
  • Minimum of one year experience working in a financial institution required. Previous contact center experience is helpful. Experience in selling and cross-selling products or services is preferred.
  • Excellent member service skills, including strong verbal and written communication, patience, and professionalism in dealing with members.
  • Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations.
  • Capable of functioning effectively in a call center environment and utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, 10-key calculators, fax, copier, and telephones.
