Key Responsibilities

• Daily Outbound Outreach: Make calls to educate prospective beneficiaries about available benefits, obtain the Scope of Appointment, and arrange plan presentations with licensed Medicare agents.
• Maintain Productivity & Enthusiasm: Consistently deliver energetic, engaging calls, hitting quotas and fostering trust.
• Master Scripts & Outreach Workflows: Develop a natural, conversational style to connect effectively with beneficiaries.
• Participant Engagement: Identify needs, address objections, and build rapport during calls.
• Team Participation: Attend daily/weekly meetings, provide follow-up tasks, and track productivity.
• Exceed Expectations: Go the extra mile to meet and surpass performance quotas.
• Professional Interaction: Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with internal teams and beneficiaries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum two years in Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service within a call center environment.
• Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages.
• Self-Motivation & Accountability: Proven success in meeting sales quotas independently.
• Remote Work Readiness: Ability to operate effectively in a home-based setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and explanation capabilities.
• Typing & Memory: Good recall for explaining services, with strong tracking skills.
• Personality: Outgoing, positive, and engaging attitude.
• Schedule: Flexible, with a recurring 40-hour workweek and occasional after-hours work as needed.
• Technical Skills: proficient with Salesforce or similar CRMs, multi-dialer systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Additional Requirements: Willingness for pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
