About the Role
The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to join our collaborative network of over 812 agents. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director to:
- Deliver on fundamentals by educating individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional coverage options like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription.
- Differentiate through meaningful, face-to-face engagements at community events, grassroots marketing, and in-home visits, providing a personalized experience.
- Grow by driving self-generated sales, achieving performance goals, and expanding Humana's presence locally, becoming a trusted resource in your community.

Required Qualifications ✅
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese — fluent speaking, reading, and writing in both languages
- Residency within the designated local territory
- Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions at members' homes, community events, or retail environments
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum limits of 25/25/10 or higher)
Preferred Qualifications ⭐
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Experience in selling Medicare products
- Public speaking or group presentation skills
- Background in supporting Value-Based Care organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language
Additional Information 📋
🚗 Driving & Language Proficiency
- This role participates in Humana's driver safety program; valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance required
- All associates who communicate with members in non-English languages must undergo a language proficiency assessment, such as the ILR test
🕒 Schedule & Training
- Flexibility needed for evening and weekend appointments/events
- Mandatory attendance for the first five weeks of employment and training
💰 Compensation & Travel
- Estimated annual salary: $80,000 – $125,000 (base pay + commission)
- Remote position with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings
- Weekly hours: 40
