Position Overview

The HICAP Counselor will assist Farsi-speaking clients with Medicare services, providing essential education and outreach to improve their access and understanding of available resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist Farsi-speaking clients with Medicare-related inquiries and enrollment processes 🩺
• Conduct community education and outreach activities to raise awareness about Medicare programs
• Provide personalized counseling to help clients navigate their healthcare options

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 🎓
• 10+ years of experience working with the older adult population 📅
• Proficiency in both English and Farsi is required 🗣️
