About the role
Medical Service Representative (Bilingual - English & Spanish)
We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Medical Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our Virtual Patient Care platform. Your role will be essential in ensuring patients have an exceptional experience as they access our virtual healthcare services. You will answer patient questions, provide guidance, and serve as a liaison between patients and our Southern Patient Care team, demonstrating professionalism and expert customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and serve as the friendly face of our Virtual Care platform 😊
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist patients by providing solutions to their inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient accounts and information
- Coordinate with the medical team to handle patient scheduling
- Offer leadership and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1+ year of related experience (call center, patient coordination, or claims experience)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proficient in computer use, especially Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- Medical experience is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time onsite (this position is not remote)
