About This Role 🤝

This position is a front-facing patient experience role where you are often the first and last person a family interacts with at our clinic. Your warmth, attention to detail, and bilingual communication skills in Korean and English will directly influence how families perceive their experience with us.

Note: This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, intuitively senses family needs, and prides themselves on smooth operations—not just ticking boxes.

Schedule 📅

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday availability is required.

What You Will Do ✍️

• Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally, making families feel welcomed and valued.
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications in both Korean and English.
• Assist with payment processing, intake forms, and patient paperwork accurately.
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding clinic procedures, fees, and next steps.
• Support clinical staff by preparing patients for visits, including height and weight checks, as well as X-ray preparation.
• Coordinate with virtual assistants and clinic managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain precise records and follow our documented SOPs consistently.

Compensation 💰

Starting rate: $25 per hour. Compensation increases with performance and experience. Regular reviews and rewards for growth are part of our commitment to staff development.
