Position Summary

As a Medical Assistant, you will balance patient needs while maintaining an efficient office workflow. You will support physicians in all aspects of medical procedures—before, during, and after—and ensure every patient has an excellent service experience.

Position Details 📍

  • Location: Full-time work Monday through Friday at our clinics in Lawrenceville, Decatur, Midtown, and Brookhaven.
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications

Note: Must be able to train out of state for the first 2 weeks with travel expenses covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms, assisting with forms as needed
  • Familiarize yourself with clinic computer hardware and software, using according to company policies
  • Answer multi-line and multilingual telephone lines
  • Schedule patient appointments, including transportation, rescheduling, and follow-up needs
  • Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing
  • Maintain procedure rooms, ensuring they are neat and ready at all times
  • Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures per individual preferences
  • Prepare patients before procedures and clean up afterward
  • Provide post-procedure instructions and medication guidance
  • Prepare IV solutions, utilizing sterile techniques and OSHA regulations
  • Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements ✅

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) – preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to work across clinics in Lawrenceville, Decatur, Midtown, and Brookhaven
