Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking dedicated bilingual (English and Russian) online tutors to provide personalized support in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) for elementary and middle school students. This remote role offers a chance to help students develop skills, boost confidence, and succeed academically.

About the Role 🎓

As a bilingual tutor, you will:

• Provide one-on-one, culturally responsive instruction in Math and ELA.
• Help students overcome academic challenges and build foundational skills.
• Create a positive and engaging virtual learning environment.
• Coordinate with the instructional team and parents to support student progress.

Schedule & Duration ⏰

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST
• Duration: February 5, 2025 – April 11, 2025

Qualifications & Skills ✅

• Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience in Math and ELA for elementary and middle school students is preferred.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Russian is essential for effective instruction.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools for virtual sessions.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage with students and parents.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with the instructional team.
• Passionate: Dedication to educational equity and supporting diverse student backgrounds.
• Availability: Ability to work the specified schedule consistently.
