🔍 Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Marketing Specialist (English/Japanese) to support field marketing activities and lead generation through in-person events and campaigns. This role is pivotal in enhancing our client’s market presence and assisting sales efforts via high-touch marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a scaling organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Develop and manage strategies aimed at lead generation and brand visibility
• Coordinate logistics such as venues, vendors, materials, and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives
• Create and localize marketing materials in both English and Japanese
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and ensure timely sales handoff
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes

🎓 Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (必須)
• Strong knowledge of event-based marketing and lead generation tactics
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to travel for industry events as needed
