Your Mission 🎯

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, coordinate, and oversee all marketing and advertising activities for assigned franchisees within the Latin America & Caribbean region.
  • Provide ongoing marketing and brand direction, supporting franchisees with local marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop both short-term and long-term strategies focused on driving sales, traffic, market share growth, and branding across the region.
  • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

How You’ll Make an Impact 🚀

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing programs rooted in consumer insights and business needs.
  • Coordinate with media and creative agencies to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support marketing initiatives that achieve business goals.
  • Support, coach, and counsel franchisees in local store marketing efforts.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across the region.
  • Assess regional performance and identify new opportunities across all franchisees.
  • Travel within the region to understand market dynamics, explore new sales opportunities, and support franchisees’ marketing strategies.
  • Analyze regional initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Assist with regional market tests — including new products, promotions, and pricing.
  • Develop branded training programs for local marketing teams.
  • Evaluate marketing plan effectiveness and cost efficiency, providing developmental feedback as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with franchisees, marketing staff, and senior management to ensure clear and timely marketing communications.
  • Analyze and guide the annual advertising plans for assigned franchisees, recommending strategies to boost sales and optimize investment.
  • Create and implement marketing action plans for priority markets and stores, assisting with execution when necessary.
  • Conduct in-field meetings (individual or group) to enhance marketing knowledge and strategy execution.

Who You Are 🌟

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness, sales trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Knowledge of vertically integrated marketing philosophies.
  • Excellent presentation skills — able to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with agency processes including briefing, creative development, and media planning.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% via air, car, or public transportation, following travel policies.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and in-store as required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 🌟

  • Experience in retail or consumer goods industries, especially in field marketing.
  • Understanding of basic restaurant operations, with a focus on customer service.

Where You’ll Work 🏢

  • Spend half of your time consulting with franchisees and evaluating marketing efforts in the marketplace — no hazardous conditions involved.
  • Exposure to store environments and elements.
