Our client is a large, mission-driven national organization expanding its marketing team as part of a multi-year growth plan. Their collaborative and innovative team focuses on executing impactful, audience-driven campaigns. They are now seeking a Bilingual Marketing Manager.
Salary / Rate
$50/hr
Position Overview
The Bilingual Marketing Manager will spearhead 360° marketing initiatives geared toward digital and growth channels such as social media, email, web, and analytics. Full fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for creating culturally relevant campaigns and engaging diverse audiences. This is a two-year contract with potential for extension or permanent placement.
Responsibilities of a Bilingual Marketing Manager 📋
- Develop and execute integrated digital and growth marketing campaigns across social, email, and web platforms.
- Lead Spanish-language campaigns, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and program management teams.
- Manage campaign performance reporting, analyze KPIs, and optimize strategies for engagement and ROI.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Contribute to a multi-year national growth roadmap.
- Work 2 days onsite per week.
Required Experience & Skills ✅
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, emphasizing digital strategy and growth marketing.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, web content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Experience & Skills 🌟
- Experience within mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, etc.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
Education Requirements 🎓
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
