Exciting Opportunity: Marketing Director for International Restaurant Brand 🌎

Relate Search is partnering with a high-growth, global restaurant brand to find a dynamic Marketing Director who will shape brand and marketing strategies across Canada and Latin America. This role offers a chance to drive significant growth, craft innovative campaigns, and influence the consumer experience in diverse markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Spearhead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across Canada and LATAM, including short, medium, and long-term planning.
• Drive same-store sales growth by developing engaging campaigns that attract visits and spending, while analyzing sales trends and consumer behaviors.
• Advise leadership and franchise partners on brand development, agency management, digital marketing, social media, PR, and new market entries.
• Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring marketing efforts align with global standards while maintaining local relevance.
• Lead market research and consumer insights initiatives to inform product positioning, media strategies, and regional activations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience, especially in retail, consumer, or restaurant brands with direct franchisee partnerships.
• Proven success in launching and scaling brands in new markets; experience with Hispanic and Latin American consumers is required.
• High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Americas to support partners, campaigns, and new store openings.
