📝 Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Product Placement & Market Share: Increase effective product placement and share within the distribution network.
  • Inventory & Availability: Manage inventory to ensure product availability within assigned markets.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets and revenue for profitability targets.
  • Point of Sale Optimization: Deploy POS resources to expand distribution, display, and brand visibility, including timely ordering of POS materials.
  • Wholesaler Coordination: Review inventory levels weekly, communicate gaps, manage ordering and tracking, and oversee pricing and promotional schedules.
  • Trade Programming & Execution: Guide wholesaler execution of chain and trade programming across markets.
  • Market Engagement: Conduct surveys, analyze VIP and IRI data, and ensure accurate retail shelf tagging and display.
  • Promotion & Event Support: Attend and set up promotional events such as beer festivals, sampling, tournaments, and more.
  • Key Accounts & Relationship Building: Engage with key accounts to foster strong relationships and execution.
  • Incentives & ROI: Collaborate with wholesalers and retailers to establish sales incentives, ensuring alignment with budgets and ROI goals.
  • Business Reviews & Planning: Conduct monthly performance reviews, update strategies, and align with the Annual Business Plan.
  • Brand Launches & Tracking: Monitor brand launches and programs, utilizing VIP and other tracking tools.
  • CRM & Market Activities: Log trade marketing activities and prepare impactful presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Performance Evaluation & Goals: Review quarterly goals, plan strategies, and drive sales growth.
  • Expenses & Invoicing: Ensure timely expense reporting and resolve invoicing issues.

🎓 Experience, Education & Certifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years beverage industry experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Spanish language skills (reading, writing, speaking) preferred

⚙️ Physical Requirements

  • Operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
  • Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Move between worksites and operate efficiently in various environments
  • Assess work accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness

💰 Compensation & Additional Information

Salary Range: $87,600 – $131,400 per year (excluding benefits and bonuses).
Your actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and location, with a focus on pay equity and growth opportunities.
