We are actively seeking energetic and outgoing individuals fluent in Mandarin to engage with the public, provide information, and assist Metro riders across the DC area. This flexible role offers a fantastic opportunity to earn income while making a positive community impact.

Position Overview

Role: Bilingual Mandarin Outreach Ambassador
Location: Various Metro Stations in DC, Maryland, and Virginia
Type: Part-time, flexible schedule
Pay: $29.00 per hour 💰

Responsibilities

• Distribute and explain informational brochures, maps, and handouts outside WMATA Metro stations 📝
• Announce updates and ensure customers are informed about station closures, project details, shuttle locations, and more 📢
• Approach customers who may need assistance and provide wayfinding support 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
• Answer questions related to Metro system navigation and project updates 🗺️

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Metrorail and Metrobus systems 🚆🚌
• Customer service experience
• Open availability to work various shifts
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations 🚗
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Fluent in Mandarin (Required)

Work Schedule & Benefits
