About the Role

Our Field Sales Representatives are driven to create meaningful connections with customers by delivering tailored solutions. Every interaction is an opportunity to showcase innovative services and secure sales through hands-on demos, assessments, and problem-solving — all while working independently. 🚀

Compensation & Earnings

• Average earnings range from $61,800 to $100,000, which includes salary + uncapped commissions 💰
• Top performers have the potential to earn up to $100,000
• Salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and training, as well as sales performance

What You’ll Do

• Be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers 🗣️
• Deliver personalized sales experiences during scheduled appointments 📅
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech deliveries, and issue resolution 🔧
• Work independently to meet customer needs and expectations
• Connect daily with existing customers using strong negotiation and communication skills 💬

Training & Development

We begin with paid training to prepare you to succeed independently in the field. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities will keep you at the forefront of technology and sales techniques. 📚

Experience & Skills Needed

• 1+ years of commission-based sales experience required
• Outside sales experience highly preferred
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and upselling for increased customer satisfaction
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer availability
