What You’ll Do

• Provide seamless executive support to the CEO and leadership team
• Manage an international calendar including scheduling, travel, and high-profile events
• Serve as the CEO’s primary liaison with global teams, board members, and external partners
• Coordinate international travel and ensure smooth logistics and expense management
• Support strategic initiatives and facilitate clear communication across departments
• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant
• Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site, partnering closely with the executive, Monday through Friday in Sunnyvale
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for delivering thoughtful, high-level support
