We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Deputy Manager responsible for team performance, supply chain operations, and inventory management. This role offers an exciting opportunity within a leading global organization.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and evaluate team personnel to ensure optimal performance.
• Physical Tasks: Perform tasks related to the movement, receiving, and distribution of materials and consumer devices.
• Supply Chain Infrastructure: Implement a fully functional supply chain management and production control system.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory internally and externally using our system.
• Employee Management: Oversee all departmental employees and manage their performance.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
• Organizational Awareness: Effective communication with internal management and team members.
• Bilingual: English and Chinese (required).
• Experience: Experience with third-party logistics distributors is a plus.
• Work Authorization: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
