Position Summary

SHEIN is seeking a Logistics Manager, based in Bellevue, to join our Logistics Operations team. Our logistics leaders are dedicated to delivering exceptional service by ensuring prompt, accurate, and cost-efficient order fulfillment. We need creative problem-solvers with a passion for tackling complex challenges, thriving in a dynamic environment. Regular communication with senior management, cross-team collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement are key components of this role. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective influence across various business functions. 🔑

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end logistics projects supporting warehouse launches and company expansion.
• Monitor logistics performance with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers; develop new performance metrics as needed.
• Design and implement solutions to logistics challenges, ensuring high-quality service while reducing transportation costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and leaders to align logistics operations with overall business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize data and performance metrics to identify improvements, document processes, and ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum of 6+ years of logistics operations or supply chain experience in top e-commerce companies.
• Must have last mile experience with B2C management.
• Proven ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech startup environments.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize competing deliverables.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including basic queries and data extraction.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
