Position Summary
SHEIN is seeking a Logistics Manager, based in Bellevue, to join our Logistics Operations team. Our logistics leaders are dedicated to delivering exceptional service by ensuring prompt, accurate, and cost-efficient order fulfillment. We need creative problem-solvers with a passion for tackling complex challenges, thriving in a dynamic environment. Regular communication with senior management, cross-team collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement are key components of this role. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective influence across various business functions. 🔑
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end logistics projects supporting warehouse launches and company expansion.
- Monitor logistics performance with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers; develop new performance metrics as needed.
- Design and implement solutions to logistics challenges, ensuring high-quality service while reducing transportation costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and leaders to align logistics operations with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to identify improvements, document processes, and ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of logistics operations or supply chain experience in top e-commerce companies.
- Must have last mile experience with B2C management.
- Proven ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech startup environments.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize competing deliverables.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including basic queries and data extraction.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
