About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Logistics Assistant Manager to support customer accounts, coordinate operational activities, and drive continuous improvements across assigned accounts. This role involves KPI tracking, customer support, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact: Manage daily operations for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate logistics: Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Resolve service issues: Monitor, track, and address escalations and service disruptions promptly.
• Support onboarding: Assist with customer onboarding processes and SOP implementations.
• Monitor KPIs: Track performance metrics and assist with operational reporting.
• Ensure standards compliance: Maintain SLA adherence and uphold service quality standards.
• Drive improvements: Support initiatives aimed at process enhancement and cost efficiency.
• Customer communication: Provide operational updates and maintain proactive communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations
• Experience in account coordination, operations support, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree required
• OPT candidates are eligible to apply
• Required: Korean bilingual proficiency

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
