Bilingual Logistics & Office Coordinator (Spanish/English) 🌐

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Location: Dayton, NJ

Employment Type: Temporary to possibly Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Our client is a full-service importer specializing in fashionable, high-quality products at competitive prices for a diverse customer base. 📦✨ As they expand their operations, they are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) Logistics & Office Coordinator to manage warehouse activities and customer communications.

🔑 Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory in office systems and reconcile with warehouse stock; coordinate counts with warehouse staff as needed.
  • Communicate via email with sales personnel and customers regarding orders and shipments.
  • Create shipping documents and prepare paperwork for warehouse order processing.
  • Coordinate with third-party warehouses to ensure accurate and timely product shipments.
  • Assign packing and pre-pricing projects to warehouse staff.
  • Track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Schedule freight pickups with trucking companies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or office administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
