Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Our client is a full-service importer specializing in fashionable, high-quality products at competitive prices for a diverse customer base. 📦✨ As they expand their operations, they are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) Logistics & Office Coordinator to manage warehouse activities and customer communications.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory in office systems and reconcile with warehouse stock; coordinate counts with warehouse staff as needed.
- Communicate via email with sales personnel and customers regarding orders and shipments.
- Create shipping documents and prepare paperwork for warehouse order processing.
- Coordinate with third-party warehouses to ensure accurate and timely product shipments.
- Assign packing and pre-pricing projects to warehouse staff.
- Track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Schedule freight pickups with trucking companies.
🎯 Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or office administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
