🔹 In the Role

Multitask effectively and adapt to the evolving demands of the role, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Exceed customer expectations with empathy, ease, and encouragement while achieving individual and branch goals.
Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and presenting tailored solutions based on their needs.
Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Engage with customers and departments through multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
Show passion for achievement with a goal-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand their loans, terms, and options.

🔹 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

🔹 Preferred Experience

Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience
Being Bilingual - Spanish is highly preferred

🔹 Location & Schedule

This position is on-site.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours as needed, which may include Saturdays.
