About the Role

• Multitask efficiently and adapt to shifting demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by demonstrating empathy and encouraging solutions, meeting both individual and branch targets.
• Build and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout their loan journey and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate seamlessly with customers and colleagues through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Drive achievement with a passionate, goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring clarity on loan terms and options.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service (preferred)

Location & Schedule

This is an on-site position with the following schedule:

• Monday to Friday during standard business hours
• Possible extended hours and some Saturdays as needed
