About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Linguistic Consultant who is fluent in both Japanese and English to help improve AI chatbots. Your main responsibilities will involve assessing chatbot conversations, measuring their progress, and creating new dialogue scripts to guide their responses.

In this position, you must possess an expert level of linguistics and will have engaging conversations with chatbots in both languages to evaluate their logic and output quality.

📝 Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their responses
• Evaluate the correctness and performance of AI-generated outputs
• Construct novel conversation scripts to improve chatbot interactions

🎓 Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Attention to detail
• Strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
