About the Role

We are seeking a skilled bilingual professional to measure the progress of AI chatbots, assess their logic, and contribute to enhancing their conversational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing & Editing: Provide engaging conversation content and refine chatbot responses.
• Evaluation: Assess the correctness, logic, and performance of AI-generated outputs.
• Conversation Creation: Develop novel dialogues to train chatbots effectively.

Qualifications 💡

• Fluency in English and Korean
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
