About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Linguistic Consultant (Korean/English) to join our team in training and evaluating AI chatbots. Your expertise in linguistics will be vital in measuring chatbot progress, assessing their logic, and creating innovative conversations to enhance model performance. Fluency in both Korean and English is essential for this role.

Responsibilities 📝

• 📝 Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
• 📝 Assess the correctness and performance of AI-generated responses
• 📝 Write novel conversations to teach chatbots appropriate responses
• 📝 Measure the progress of chatbot interactions in both Korean and English

Qualifications ✅

• ⭐ Fluency in English and Korean
• ⭐ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• ⭐ Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• ⭐ A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
