About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated consultant to assist in training AI models by measuring chatbot progress, evaluating logic, and solving complex problems to improve overall model quality. This role requires an expert level of linguistics knowledge and fluency in both Japanese and English to craft conversational interactions that effectively train chatbots.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots, evaluating their outputs
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI model responses

💼 Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Detail-oriented with excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
