About the Role

We are seeking an experienced linguist to measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and help solve problems to enhance their quality. Your expertise in both Russian and English will be essential in this dynamic, remote position.

Responsibilities ✍️

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of responses generated by AI models.
• Hold conversations in both Russian and English to measure chatbot progress.
• Create novel conversational content to train the AI on appropriate responses.

Qualifications ✅

• Fluent in English and Russian
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for linguistics
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
