About the Role

We are seeking a skilled linguist to measure the progress of AI chatbots, assess their logic, and troubleshoot issues to enhance each model's quality. This position requires an expert level of linguistics proficiency in both Japanese and English.

• Perform writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots, evaluating their output quality
• Evaluate AI models for correctness, performance, and language accuracy
• Engage in conversations with chatbots in both Japanese and English to measure their progress
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to instruct chatbots on appropriate responses
