Requirements

• 🎓 Master's degree in a relevant field

What You'll Do

• 🗓️ Review your daily schedule, manage referrals, and monitor residents’ conditions
• 💬 Conduct brief, focused therapy sessions on support, coping skills, mood, and adjustment
• 📝 Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans for new or ongoing residents
• 🤝 Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers to discuss care needs and behavioral concerns
• ✍️ Document sessions, treatment plans, and notes to ensure compliance and billing standards
• 📞 Communicate with family members when needed and plan follow-ups for upcoming days
