Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in related field 🎓
• Active LMFT license
• Bilingual – Spanish speaking is essential 🗣️

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Review your schedule, check for new referrals, and monitor residents’ conditions 📝
• Conduct brief, focused therapy sessions with residents (support, coping skills, mood, adjustment) 💬
• Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans for new and ongoing residents 📋
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers on care needs and behavioral concerns 🤝
• Document sessions, treatment plans, and notes to ensure compliance and billing accuracy 🖥️
• Connect with family members as needed and plan your next day’s follow-ups 📅
