Responsibilities

• Develop leads: Generate new prospects, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
• Market products: Offer appropriate insurance products and services based on customer needs.
• Build relationships: Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing timely follow-up.
• Customer service: Deliver prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance, including inquiries about policies, coverage, claims, and billing.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency: Spanish and English
• Insurance sales experience: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
• Sales background: Outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Proven success: Track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal, and active listening.
• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Multi-tasking ability: Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Customer relations: Ability to connect effectively with clients.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (must be obtainable).
